The staff at Pet Stop are well versed with the products they sell. They can try and fix your problems over the phone or they come out in a timely fashion. Whether it's a new or used system they want you to be satisfied with the product, service & training.The owner has been in the business for many years and has background/knowledge of other products and believes in what he sells. The training dog (Jack) who assists with training your dog, is amazing. I would highly recommend this product and I am happy to support this hometown business.
